Provided Bid & Proposal Consultancy for Lucent Technologies, a major telecomm supplier and services company based in the Netherlands for the Europe Middle East & African (EMEA) region.

Worked with an international team to identify an appropriate Bid Process for the whole of the EMEA region, this later became standard for the parent company in the USA and was rolled out world-wide.

Project managed the production of key documents for the roll out of UMTS (3G) services across EMEA.

Carried out a review of the division's bid procedures and produced a report to facilitate a clearer focus on areas for improvement of the Bid Management System. Project managed professional bid and proposal training for thirty staff from a third party supplier.
