Brian is a freelance consultant who left a large European IT supplier in 1997 after nine years employment as a project manager. A UK national, he currently works in Europe and throughout the UK. He is an experienced bid and proposal consultant, bid manager and project manager with 15 years broad experience in IT & Telecomms. Brian has in-depth experience of pre and post sales and has worked in senior roles from customer facing project management in the UK to Bid and proposal consultancy based in Europe with a major corporation.

He has a strong, balanced background of proposal and process development, project management, and technical specialist assignments particularly in the Public Sector where he has gained most of his bid management and pre-sales experience. Brian is Shipley-trained and is particularly skilled at bid process development, bid strategy and the Shipley method of producing ‘winning proposals’.

He has a proven track record in managing both internal and external customer-facing projects, successfully, within budget, and on time, and he has a solid reputation for getting the job done.
