Project Management Background to the Year 2000

Glaxo Wellcome PLC, Global Messaging. Worked to set up a team and introduced Year 2000 Compliance Procedures for Glaxo Wellcome Global Services and co-ordinated international project managers’ Year 2000 compliance activity toward transition of the year date change.

Implemented a full disaster recovery capability for the global implementation of MS Exchange to support up to 30,000 users.

Ran a Year 2000 Migration Project to move an in-house application for creating and managing unique global user ids, from a PRIME to a UNIX platform.
